Red Oak Simmentals was established in October 2014 with the purchase of a very heavily in calf cow from the Tilbrook herd, Wanda was so heavy in calf that we did not move her until she had calved. We added another three animals to the herd in July 2015. Cindy, Emily and Finch were again purchased from the Tilbrook herd. In October 2017 George made the long trip to the pedigree sales in Scotland, as well as holding the annual bull sales this was also the dispersal sale of the long established Sterling herd. He came home very happy adding Grace and Hilary to the herd, we have also added home produced Gypsy-Rose and Heidi to the herd.
